WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Witty Voyager wants you to love your new purchase. If however, you need to return an item we are here to help.
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We gladly accept returns and will offer a full refund on non-custom items. Items returned after 30 days may be returned for online and store credit only.
Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. To request a refund or exchange, please e-mail wittyvoyager@gmail.com. Include your first and last name, item name and reason for return. Once return is received, all items will be carefully examined and full refund or store credit will be issued within 5 days. Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited). Store credit is valid for 5 years once issued.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions about returns, please contact us here.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United States. When you place an order, you may qualify for our free shipping promotion on orders of $75 or more. Typically, all purchases ship within 3-5 business days, and delivery is 2-3 business days. These times may be longer based on time of year and USPS holiday schedules and capacity. We will ship all orders using either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
ARE YOUR EARRINGS LIGHTWEIGHT?
Yes! They're so lightweight you'll probably forget they're on. Each pair of earrings we offer weighs ounce or less.
DO YOUR EARRING WIRES HAVE NICKEL IN THEM?
No. All of our earring posts are stainless steel and nickel free which work well for those of you (like Stace) with sensitive ears.
MY NECKLACE CHAIN OR EARRING WIRE BROKE, DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
It depends. We want to make sure you can enjoy your Witty Voyager jewelry as long as possible, but not all items can be repaired. Please e-mail us further details with images of the broken item(s) to WittyVoyager@gmail.com so we can make an evaluation. All repairs are $7 plus shipping.
CAN YOU ADD A PERSONAL NOTE WITH MY ORDER TO THE PERSON I'M GIFTING IT TO?
Yes! There is nothing better than relaying a message to the offbeat soul in your life. In the notes section, let us know their name and the message you want them to see, and we’ll take it from there. :)
